Energy Hub
A legacy, engineering-driven organization never had a design practice. Mo built one from zero and used it to remake Energy Hub, the plant operations software that runs Schneider Electric's energy, water, and asset management lines, into a user-centered product.
That meant standing up a design team, a shared component system, and a research practice, then applying all three to the modules operators depend on daily: site monitoring, team management, alerts, and configuration.
Building a DesignOps from the ground up
Mo built the company's first DesignOps function design system, governance model, shared component library, and copy management system, for two healthcare products serving patients and providers. Recognized with the "Lead Like A Founder" award.
Enterprise dashboards for global surveilance
Directed seven designers modernizing FINRA's most technically sophisticated internal tools: journeys, personas, and process artifacts that cut iteration time on the agency's most complex workflows.
